Refund policy

Thank you for you purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may receive a refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

All refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns so we will request several images, failure to provide requested images will lead to a void of refund request. The images will be used to analyse against our images taken during production.

Our customer service team will analyse and compare the images to find who’s at fault. The outcome will lead to a resolution or void the refund request.

Strumace reserves the right to provide a refund or replacement. If a refund is chosen, we unfortunately will not refund any shipping costs endured by the customer.

REPLACEMENT

The replacement can take up too seven (7) days to be dispatched from the outcome email date. You will receive an estimated delivery date by email once dispatched. The delivery address will be the provided address for original order. This cannot be changed or edited during the replacement process.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

VOID REFUND REQUEST

Strumace reserves the right to void a refund request if the following happens:

  • We receive incorrect information to deceive us.
  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • We believe the customer is attempting to commit fraud.
  • Customer provides inadequate images of the problem.
  • Customer refuses to provide information or images.
  • Customer has not received their product due to wrong address given at checkout.

Strumace reserves the right to edit the policy without notice at any time. When ordering from Strumace you automatically agree to our terms of service, privacy policy and return policy.
